Obituary

Palmer Albin Rushold was born August 4, 1900, at Brooten, Minnesota, and died at his home in Minneapolis on November 2. On June 26, 1928, Mr. Rushold was united in marriage with Deborah Peterson and to this union were born two children, Carroll and Sally. Mr. Rushold was reared in the Seventh-day Adventist Church, having been a member first of the Conference church, then at Gilchrist. and later at the Emmanuel church in Minneapolis. He was always active in the church, having served as treasurer for some time and then as elder of the church for about 8 years. During the last two years our brother has not been well and seemed gradually to grow worse. During all this time he manifested a strong faith in God and always greeted visitors with a smile. His wonderful Christian example will always be remembered by those who knew him. He sleeps but only to await the call of the Redeemer whom he loved. He leaves his wife: one son, Carroll; one daughter, Sally; four brothers: W. E. of Minneapolis; Arthur of Everson, Washington; Harry of Woodburn, Oregon; Ole Melvin of Lodi, California; and an aunt, Mrs. Ander Haugen of California. Services were conducted by the writer in the Emmanuel church of Minneapolis.
